 Imagine - saving a life, simply by playing golf. At this year's St. Joseph Mercy Saline Golf Classic on May 23 you have an opportunity to do just that and make a difference that could save a life.
Most of us know someone who has had or has been affected by breast cancer. While researchers continue to search for the cure, they have proven that mammography is the best way to detect this disease in its earliest stage when it is most easily and successfully treated. Unfortunately, for individuals in our community who lack health insurance and financial stability, screenings such as mammograms are often a low priority in comparison to essentials such as food, housing and transportation. We hope you will join us reaching our goal of $100,000 to provide mammography and other screening services and make life-saving, early detection possible for those in need.
